Case Presentation

The patient was under local anesthesia. He was treated successfully with kshar sutra ligation treatment. The patient was relaxed and felt no pain during and after the procedure. 

Fistulas can be caused by several things. What is the most common reason for a fistula?

Anal fistulas are most commonly caused by clogged anal glands and anal abscesses. An anal fistula can also be caused by the less common disorders listed below: Crohn's disease is a long-term inflammatory bowel disease that damages the intestines (an inflammatory disease of the intestine) Radiation is a form of electromagnetic radiation (treatment for cancer)
